Rough Quartz Disclosure

Rough Finish Quartz is a unique product in the countertop industry and is very different from the rest of the Caesarstone products. Because of the manner in which they are manufactured and the manner in which the final countertop must be produced and installed please consider the following information:

Rough finish colors intentionally vary in color, texture, and pattern throughout the slab and from slab to slab. The random nature is part of the intended look in order to mimic raw concrete so seams may not match up exactly. Please see the pictures as an example of the finished product for install.

Special conditions for cleaning and maintenance are required for the rough finish. Since there is more exposed surface area with this finish, metal marks, fingerprints and other signs of daily living will show. Most of these marks can be removed with a little effort and non-abrasive cleaning products such as Soft Scrub Liquid Gel. Rough color slabs have a random design on the face of the slab and effects like pores and dimples are present on the surface. This adds to the natural appeal of the product.
